We watch the market for you
Our scanners crawl the listing sites continuously, around the clock. Every new listing is checked against your criteria, and listings that get taken down are flagged so you don't waste time on them. When the same flat is posted by several agencies, we recognise it from the photographs themselves and show you only the cheapest offer.

Listings come to you by email
New matches are collected and sent at the times you choose — with price, neighborhood, photo and a direct link. On the free plan you get one email at 08:00 with 2 listings, plus a count of how many more are waiting. Premium lets you pick up to 4 times a day and get all of them. When more listings are waiting than fit in one email, the oldest don't go first — the newest ones priced well for your search do.

Manage everything from your dashboard
The dashboard holds your filters, every listing they've found, and your favorites. It's also where you choose the hours your emails arrive. Premium shows every match rather than only the ones already sent, plus rent analysis by neighborhood. You can also browse the whole catalogue yourself whenever you like: the free plan searches by city, neighborhood, price and property type, while Premium unlocks amenities, floor and advertiser type. Browsing is for looking around — email alerts still come from the filters you set up in the dashboard, exactly as before.

Frequently asked questions
- Do I need Premium to get listings?
- No. A free account gets one filter and up to 2 new listings every morning at 08:00, plus a count of the other matches. Premium removes that cap: every listing your filters find, unlimited filters, and you pick the delivery times.
- When do listings arrive?
- We check the market continuously, but we don't interrupt you for every listing — matches are batched and sent at the times you choose. The free plan gets one email at 08:00. Premium lets you pick up to 4 times a day, at least 6 hours apart; up to 3 times a day each email carries 10–12 listings, and at 4 the emails are shorter.
- Can I have several searches at once?
- Yes. You can save several filters — different neighborhoods or budgets, for example — and you'll get alerts for each of them.
- How do I stop the alerts?
- Delete the filter from your dashboard, or cancel your subscription. Cancelling takes one click and your access stays active until the end of the paid period.
- Can I browse every listing on the site?
- No — and that's deliberate. RentRadars isn't another site to browse: listings come to you through your filters instead of you hunting for them. You see what your filters found, in your dashboard and by email.
- Why do I see one listing instead of five for the same flat?
- Because the same property is often posted by several agencies at different prices. We recognise those copies — not by the headline, which every agency writes differently, but by the photographs themselves and the property's own figures — and show you only the cheapest offer. On the listing you can also see the other copies: who is asking what for the identical flat. On 4 in 10 such properties the prices disagree — typically by €30–50 a month, in the worst cases by over €600.
- Can I filter for houses only, not just apartments?
- Yes, and it's free on every plan. Alongside room count, you can filter by property type — apartment, house, or floor of a house — and alerts only come for the category you picked.
