1. Purpose

These terms govern the use of RentRadars — an email alert service for rental listings in Bulgaria. By registering or using the service, you agree to these terms.

2. The service

RentRadars monitors publicly available listings and notifies you when a listing matching your criteria appears. We are not a broker and are not a party to any rental transaction. We do not guarantee the availability, accuracy, or timeliness of listings sourced from external sites.

3. Registration and subscription

• The free plan includes one filter and up to 2 listings a day; more requires a paid subscription (Premium).
• Subscriptions are billed on a 30-day cycle through our payment provider.
• You can cancel your subscription at any time.
• We do not offer refunds for subscription periods already paid for.

4. User obligations

You agree not to use the service for unlawful purposes, not to overload our systems with automated requests, and to keep your account credentials secure.

5. Liability

The service is provided "as is". We are not liable for missed listings, delayed alerts, or damages arising from decisions made based on the information provided.

6. Changes

We reserve the right to update these terms. We will notify you by email or in the app of any material changes.
